Strawberry Foxglove

Description

A vigorous clumping herbaceous perennial/biennial that grows to 90cm tall, and 60cm wide.

Tall spires form above the foliage in spring and the summer months. Each spire has numerous strawberry coloured, bell-shaped flowers with maroon spotted throats.

Suits a full sun to part shade position, in well-draining soil.

Can be a wonderful showpiece in a container, or plant in the middle or back of a cottage garden to flaunt the tall colourful spires. Attracts birds, bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects!
